The breakfast was varied and satisfying, and the free coffee was a nice touch. the location was perfect, close to transportation and city attractions. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable.

The beds were slightly hard, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. It would have been beneficial to have mosquito nets installed in the windows to avoid insects entering.

I also appreciated that the hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the dock and principal avenue. This hotel is conveniently located near the center of town, but set back a bit from the main road. It's an easy walk from the ferry port and close to restaurants, shops, and a supermarket. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are some nice common areas, including a terrace with a view, and breakfast is delicious.

During my Xmas trip, I came across a hotel that had a lot of offer. the hotel had a rooftop seating area that overlooked a beautiful volcano. It was perfect for a relaxing afternoon with a drink in hand. the hotel had a 10-minute walking distance from the port, which made it easier for me to travel around. The one thing I absolutely loved about the hotel was it provided free coffee every morning, which was the perfect start to my day.

There were some aspects of the hotel that I did not enjoy. they did not offer a water refill service even though water is a basic need.

The breakfast at Hostal Casa Moreno was delicious and filling. We enjoyed a variety of local dishes that were freshly prepared and served with a smile. The food definitely exceeded our expectations and left us feeling satisfied for the day. we'll recommend this hotel for its amazing breakfast experience.

We got great value for our money at Hostal Casa Moreno. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice linens. The location was convenient, just a few blocks from the port. The staff treated us with friendliness and were always there to help us with anything we needed.

Breakfast is also included, adding to the overall value of the stay.
